Of course, everyone has started brewing ginger beer after reading the
article[.

[I drink almost no alcohol so I usually drink ginger ale straight or as
the original version of a classic cocktail: the Horse’s
Neck.]{style=“color: #000000;“}
[In the world of cocktails there is a lot more history andthe Horse’s
Neck
originated in 1895 without alcohol.]{style=“color: #000000;“}
[A few years later they started adding bourbon whiskey in the U.S. and
brandy in the UK.]{style=“color: #000000;“}
[The alcohol-free version of this cocktail consists of four
ingredients: ginger beer, Angostura
bitters,
lemon zest and ice cubes.]{style=“color: #000000;“}
[The lemon zest adds extra freshness and the neck of the
horse.]{style=“color: #000000;“}
[The bitters add a spicy yet sweet touch.
I’ll soon be writing an article about bitters because you can make them
yourself and they are also perfect to use in ordinary food.
Respect for the real mixologists because I am unable to cut a long
lemon zest … For my version in the photo I’m going to have to think of
another name :-)]{style=“color: #000000;“}
I would like to share a few movies by Manual Wouters from
SIPSin

Belgian cocktail guru :-)
